What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time is currently 4 to 10 business days. And we don't charge any shipping costs, which we bear completely ourselves. Most of the time its take a little bit longer because of the customize packaging

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

The delivery time is currently 4 to 7 business days. We hope for your understanding. If this period has expired and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to (info@Olivynehair.com). We will then find out what happened to your package.

I would like to exchange/return my order. How can I do that?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service via (Olivynehair.com). Please provide your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. You can then return the product to us using a courier service of your choice. You can exchange/return your product up to 14 days after receipt.

What are the costs for the return?

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs therefore depend on the respective courier service. Please check the website of the respective courier service you wish to ship with for prices.

Under what conditions can I return my product(s)?

There is always a 30-day return period. The return period begins on the day you received the item. However, there are some conditions for the return.

You can only return the goods if:

  • the return period has not yet expired
  • the product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached
  • the product has not yet been used

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via (list of payment methods, for example: iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Amex). If you are unsure whether your payment method has been accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to see all possible options.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore secure.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order?

That's not the case. Please send an email with your full name and email address to (info@Olivynehair.com). We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to (Olivynehair.com) as soon as possible. Please provide your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason why you want to cancel the order.
